How to Pass the physical test?
Candidates keep in mind, You should start running practice form today. Make a daily routine to run at least 2-3 Km in slow, medium speed. If your breath is disordering then stop, take a rest, and drink water. Keep practicing for 15 days and you will clear the physical test easily. Make sure you are also practicing the push-ups and stand-ups. If you can do that you will easily clear the test without any issue.

How to Prepare FIA Written MCQs Test?
