Punjab School’s education department launches a new internee program with the help of the Higher Education Commission department.
The purpose of the Schoolteacher internee program is to support the unemployed educated people and encourage them for the services in the education department.
Candidates will get experience as a teacher and join the community of education in Pakistan.
School Teacher Internee STI jobs have three phases. In Phase-1, the recruitment of school teacher internee will be starting in 6 districts of Punjab. These Districts are Rahim Yar khan, DG.Khan, Gujranwala, Mianwali, Rajanpur and Sialkot.

Important points / Terms and conditions
ATTENDANCE AND PERFORMANCE
- The headmaster will make a new separate attendance register for selected STI candidates. SIS will be updated daily.
- The performance of STI candidates will be monitored through COT & ITSP.
TENURE OF INTERNSHIP: if candidates are unable to join the School teacher internee program then 2nd person on the merit list will get a chance to join STI.
TERM OF INTERNSHIP: The placement of candidates in any school will be temporary and the committee has the right to cancel the STI internship due to poor performance.
JOINING PERIOD: Candidates will join the school within 7 days after the issue of the joining letter of STI.
LEAVE: STI can enjoy two days’ leaves per month.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided at any stage.
TRANSFER: These STI jobs are non-transferable.
EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE: STI candidates will get an experience certificate after the completion of the Internee period.

Salary package/ stipend
Govt of Punjab is also giving a salary to every school teacher who is selected on merit. This stipend is only for support and only for the school teacher to provide the best education.
For STI Higher Secondary SST: Rs.1200 per day and Rs.30000 per month.
STI Secondary school ST: Rs.1200 per day and Rs.25000 per month.
Elementary school EST: Rs.1200 per day and Rs.2000 per month.
STI Primary School PST: Rs.1200 per day and Rs.18000 per month.
